Battery refurbishment

Before you replace,
understand.

A pack with a problem is not always a pack at the end of its life. Our assessment helps you find out which situation you are in.

The process

Assessment first. Always.

  1. Stage 1

    Diagnostic assessment

We start by understanding the pack: readings, fault history, symptoms you have noticed, and how the vehicle has been used and charged.

  2. Stage 2

    Fault isolation

Where possible, we narrow issues down to specific modules, cell groups, sensors, connections or the battery management system.

  3. Stage 3

    Potential repair options

Depending on our findings, options may include module-level work, component replacement, rebalancing or referral elsewhere.

  4. Stage 4

    An honest recommendation

We lay out what is realistic, what it may involve, and where repair may not make sense compared with other routes.

Not every battery can be repaired.

Some faults are not economical or safe to repair, some packs are sealed or protected by manufacturer warranty terms, and some vehicles do not expose enough data for confident diagnosis. We do not guarantee a repair outcome. The assessment helps you make an informed decision about whether a warranty claim, replacement or another option is most appropriate.

Year and variant suggestions use known introduction dates, not a complete production history. Choose Other for unlisted details. Use the year of manufacture, not the year of registration. We confirm service coverage when we contact you.
